Definitions of Terms Used

Kreller assures that any Personal Information provided to us or developed by us or our Agents will be kept confidential and secure and will only be used in accordance with the purposes for which it was originally collected and will not be disclosed for any other purpose without the express written consent of the consumer. Kreller does not provide any of your Personal Information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Kreller will offer individuals the opportunity to choose (opt out) whether their Personal Information is (a) to be disclosed to a non-Agent third party or (b) to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual.
